Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tsp grapeseed oil
1 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Carnitas, finely chopped
16 Oz H-E-B Queso Blanco Dip
1/2 cup(s) medium pico de gallo
1 small avocado, cubed
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Heat a small skillet over medium-high. When skillet is hot, add oil and chopped carnitas. Stir gently and let pork get a little crispy and brown around the edges for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
Pour queso dip into a microwaveable serving dish and heat thoroughly about 2 minutes on high, stirring half way through.
Carefully remove heated queso from microwave and top with crispy bits of pork, pico de gallo, cubed avocado and fresh cilantro. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
