1 Lb Beef Top Sirloin Steak, cut into 3/8-inch cubes
20 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
2 Lb Velveeta Cheese, cut in chunks

Brown steak cubes in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain.
While meat browns, heat tomatoes and green chilies in a large sauce pan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add cheese; heat 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
Blend in steak; heat 5 minutes more.
Serve while hot.
