Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Healthy Garden Combo Pasta Sauce
1/3 cup(s) capers, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup(s) green olives, chopped or sliced
2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
1 flat anchovy filets, drained of oil and chopped finely
1 frozen pizza dough, thawed
1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup(s) shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pour pasta sauce into a bowl and add capers, green olives, garlic and anchovies. Mix together and set aside.

Roll out pizza dough onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Place a ladleful of sauce onto pizza and spread out evenly over surface of dough.

Top pizza evenly with cheeses and bake until pizza is crispy and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Cut pizza immediately while still hot and allow to cool.
