Pumpkin & Vanilla Wafers Milkshake with Toasted Marshmallows

Recipe makes 2 Servings

1 cup(s) mini marshmallows, as needed to fill ramekin
1 1/2 cup(s) scoops of H-E-B Creamy Creations Pumpkin Ice Cream, plus more as needed
1 1/2 cup(s) half and half, plus more as needed
10 Slaton Bakery Homemade Vanilla Wafers, crushed slightly, plus more as needed for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Fill a small oven safe ramekin with marshmallows, don't pack them too tightly.

Place in oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows are nicely browned and soft. Remove and allow to sit while making milkshake.

In a blender, add ice cream, half and half, and 6 to 8 lightly broken vanilla wafers, blend until creamy. Add more ice cream or half and half to reach desired consistency.

Pour shake into a tall glass and top with a spoonful of toasted marshmallows, feel free to garnish with more crushed vanilla wafers if desired.
