Recipe makes 12 Servings

12 3 inch tart shells
14 Oz Hill Country Fare Solid Pumpkin
2 H-E-B Large Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener
1 1/2 Tsp Mccormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Half and Half
1 Hill Country Fare Real Dairy Whip, can

Heat oven to 350°F.
Place tart shells on a foil-lined baking sheet and set aside.
Combine pumpkin, beaten eggs, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, and half-and-half in a mixing bowl; stir to blend well.
Fill each tart shell with 1/4 cup pumpkin filling.
Bake tarts on center oven rack for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes or until set.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
