Pumpkin Sage Tortilla Soup

10 Oz H-E-B Reduced Fat Pork Sausage
3 Tbsp fresh garlic, finely diced, divided use
32 Oz Cookwell & Company Tortilla Soup
15 Oz H-E-B Organics Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
1 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1 Tsp sage
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
15 Oz cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until well browned, about 10 minutes, breaking up chunks as it cooks.
Reduce heat to medium and add half of the garlic, contents of tortilla soup jar, pumpkin puree, cream, broth, sage, nutmeg and beans.
Simmer for 15 minutes to heat through and add the rest of the fresh garlic just before serving.
Chef's Note: This soup is very hearty and kid-friendly. To jazz it up a little garnish with thinly sliced fresh sage, grated Parmesan cheese and toasted pepitas if desired. This recipe can also be made with homemade pumpkin puree.
