Recipe makes 6 Servings

12 H-E-B Yellow Corn Tortillas, cut into thin strips
16 Oz H-E-B Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup
10 Oz H-E-B Premium Chicken Breast Chunks, drained
8 Oz H-E-B Fancy Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 cup(s) white onions, chopped
2 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped

Heat oven to 450 °F.
Spray 2-quart microwave safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine tortilla strips, soup, chicken chunks, cheese, onion, tomato and cilantro; toss to coat ingredients.
Pour enchilada mixture in prepared baking dish. Cover dish loosely with plastic wrap and heat in microwave oven for 5 minutes on high power.
Remove plastic wrap and bake on center oven rack for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
