4 large portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed
4 Tsp H-E-B Basil Pesto
1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large tomato, sliced
1/4 cup(s) basil, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Place mushrooms on a foil lined sheet pan, stem side up.

Spread pesto evenly on inside of mushrooms.

Sprinkle with mozzarella, then add tomato slices and chopped basil.

Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let cool several minutes before serving.
