Recipe makes 4 Servings

6 Oz portobello mushrooms
15 Oz black beans
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Steak Seasoning Spice Blend
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs
1 Tbsp canola oil
4 H-E-B Bake Shop Thin Rounds

Combine mushrooms, black beans, mustard and steak seasoning in a food processor, and pulse to combine. Mixture should be chunky.
Remove to a large bowl then mix in eggs and bread crumbs. Shape into 4 equal patties.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high. Cook patties 3 minutes per side.
Place on Thin Rounds and garnish with favorite toppings.
