Pork with Asian Peanut Slaw

3 Tbsp H-E-B Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp lime, juiced
2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce Lite
2 Tbsp H-E-B Sugar
1 Tsp Central Market Organic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
16 Oz H-E-B Broccoli Slaw
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, sliced thin
1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/2 cup(s) roasted peanuts
1 Lb boneless center cut pork chops

Instructions

Whisk oil, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl. Remove 3 Tablespoons of mixture and set aside.

Toss remaining mixture with cole slaw, cilantro, bell pepper, green onions and peanuts. Season to taste and set aside or chill until ready to serve.

Brush reserved mixture over pork chops.

Cook pork 3-4 minutes per side on the grill; pork should be done but still pink in the center.

Let stand 5 minutes; slice into strips and serve pork over slaw.
