2 Lb natural ground pork, uncooked
4 Oz Hill Country Fare Diced Green Chiles
33 Oz Cookwell & Company Green Chili Stew
1/3 cup(s) water
2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 H-E-B Large Grade A Egg, beaten
1 cup(s) Bisquick Biscuit Mix
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Whole Milk
3 Tbsp H-E-B Sour Cream, for garnish
1/4 cup(s) tomatoes, diced for garnish
3 Tbsp H-E-B Fresher Lasting Mild Chunky Guacamole, for garnish
1/2 cup(s) iceberg lettuce, shredded for garnish

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Brown pork in a large skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes, until no longer pink; discard drippings from skillet.

Stir in chilies, green chili stew and water, then cook 2-5 minutes longer until mixture is bubbly.

Spread pork mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch round baking dish, then sprinkle with cheese.

Combine egg, baking mix and milk, then pour evenly over pork.

Bake biscuits about 20-25 minutes until top is browned; cut into wedges, and garnish with sour cream, tomatoes, guacamole and lettuce.
