1/2 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 fresh whole rosemary sprigs
2 oranges, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 lemon, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/8 cup(s) cranberries
6 fl oz Val de France Organic Sparkling Pomegranate Juice
2 fl oz bourbon, optional

Instructions

In a pot over medium-low heat, combine water, sugar and rosemary sprigs.

Cook until mixture reaches a syrup like consistency, about 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Remove rosemary from pot and set syrup aside.

In a glass, muddle 2 orange and 2 lemon slices with cranberries.

Fill glass with ice and pomegranate juice (and bourbon, if desired).

Before serving, stir in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon rosemary syrup.

Garnish with twisted orange peel around a rosemary stem.
