1 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients 2% Milk
3 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 cup(s) Parmigiano-Reggiano, divided
1 Lb extra-lean ground beef
1 Tsp Adams Reserve Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 marinara sauce
1 basil bunch, chopped

In a large sauce pan, bring the milk and chicken broth to a boil, then whisk in the dry polenta. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook the polenta for 20 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent lumps. Add in half of the cheese.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; coat with cooking spray. Add beef and sauté for 5 minutes until crumbled. Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and marinara sauce. allow sauce to simmer for several minutes, then serve.
To serve, divide polenta evenly among 4 shallow bowls. Top each serving with 1 cup of beef mixture, and sprinkle with cheese and basil.
