Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/3 cup(s) honey
1 cup(s) Organic Whole Grain Mustard
1/2 cup(s) pistachios, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Lb raw chicken tenders

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl.

Remove some of the mixture to a second bowl to brush on chicken. Set remaining honey mustard aside to serve with chicken fingers.

In a resealable bag, combine pistachios and bread crumbs.

In a separate resealable bag combine flour, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken tenders to the flour mixture. Shake to coat.

Remove chicken and brush with honey mustard.

Add to bread crumb mixture and shake to coat.

Place chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake 25 minutes. Serve with reserved honey mustard.
