Piri Piri Glazed Grilled Tri-tip

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 Lb tri-tip roast
1 Tbsp Mi Tienda All Purpose Seasoning, plus more for seasoning as needed
1/3 cup(s) Food Truck Fusion Katy's Peri Peri Sauce

Preheat grill to 375ºF to 400ºF.
Meanwhile, place roast on a serving plate and sprinkle with seasoning. Let sit 20 to 30 minutes to allow to come to room temperature.
Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side then move to finish cooking over indirect heat (cool side of the grill). Liberally brush the top of the roast with piri piri sauce as it cooks.
When internal temperature reaches at least 140ºF, pull roast from grill and allow to rest, brushing more piri piri over the top as it rests. Cut and serve.
