Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb H-E-B Extra Lean 96% Lean Ground Beef
1/2 white onion, diced
7 1/2 Oz H-E-B Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained
7 1/2 Oz H-E-B Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1 egg
1 Tsp salt
4 hamburger buns
1 Large Hass avocado
2 jalapeño peppers
1/2 cup(s) romaine lettuce
1/2 cup(s) roma tomato, sliced
1/2 cup(s) salsa

In large bowl, combine beef, onion, pinto beans, corn, cilantro, cumin, egg and salt. Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
Heat grill to high. Grill patties about 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Place burgers on buns. Top with sliced avocado, jalapeños and other garnishes as desired.
