Recipe makes 2 Servings

1/2 cup(s) red onion, very finely chopped
1 Tbsp organic olive oil
4 Oz organic baby bella mushrooms, finely chopped
8 4/5 Oz Central Market Microwaveable Grains, 7 Grain Blend
1/2 cup(s) Central Market Vegetable Broth
1 Tbsp Central Market Basil Pesto Genovese

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and oil to skillet.
Sauté 3 to 4 minutes, until onions start to become soft.
Add mushrooms and sauté 8 to 10 minutes. Do not stir frequently to allow mushrooms to develop a rich brown color.
Add Central Market Grains, broth and pesto. Break up clumps with a spoon and stir well. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
