Pepper Garlic Crusted Steak

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp kosher salt
2 1/2 Tbsp H-E-B Black Pepper
5 garlic, peeled
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 H-E-B Natural Angus T-Bone Steaks, 8-10 Oz, 3/4-inch thick
1 red onion, cut slices
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips

Combine salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil in a food processor; blend for 30 seconds until garlic is chopped.
Rub processed mixture on both sides of each steak.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F); cook steaks 6-8 minutes per side.
Spray a vegetable grill rack or mesh with cooking spray; arrange onion rings and bell pepper strips on rack, then coat with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes until golden; serve with steaks.
