Recipe makes 24 Servings

16 Oz butter, melted
8 Oz piloncllio, crushed
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
14 1/2 Oz Quaker Cinnamon Oatmeal Squares Cereal
4 cup(s) Golden Grahams Cereal
14 Oz Durham's Texas Mammoth Pecan Halves
1 Tbsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 200ºF.
In a medium sized saucepan combine butter, piloncillo sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Bring to a simmer and stir constantly until piloncillo is completely dissolved.
In a large bowl combine cereal and pecans.
Once piloncillo mixture is completely dissolved, add in baking soda and whisk for an additional 1 minute. Transfer mixture to the large bowl of cereal and toss until well coated.
Transfer coated cereal to two baking pans, place in oven and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely before storing.
Chef's Note: Fill mason jars with mix and give as gifts.
