Pear Walnut Glazed Ham

1 H-E-B Whole Spiral Ham, 7 to 8 pounds
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
12 1/2 Oz Robert's Reserve Pear Walnut Amaretto Jam

Position oven rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 300°F. Remove ham from packaging and place in a roasting pan, ideally with a wire rack. Be sure to remove plastic cap covering the bone. Tent the ham with aluminum foil.
Place ham in oven and let cook for 1 1/2 hours. While ham is cooking place a sauce pan over medium low heat. Place butter in pan and let melt, stirring occasionally so that butter doesn't burn. Add pear walnut jam to pan and whisk to combine with the butter.
After ham has roasted for 1 1/2 hours remove it from oven. Increase oven temperature to 400°F. Using a basting brush, brush 1/3 of the prepared glaze on the ham and return to oven. Let ham cook for 10 minutes, remove from oven and brush 1/2 of the remaining glaze on ham. Return ham to oven and let cook for 10 minutes. Remove ham from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Serve with the remaining glaze.
