Recipe makes 18 Servings

3 Oz potato chips, crushed
3 Oz pretzels twists, crushed
2 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup(s) peanut butter
8 Oz H-E-B Baker's Scoop Chocolate Coating, melted according to package directions
4 Oz H‑E‑B Baker's Scoop Vanilla Coating

Combine chips, pretzels, graham crackers, peanut butter and chocolate together in a bowl, mix well.
Using a spoon or 2 ounce scoop, form the mixture into balls and place on a lined cookie sheet. Continue until all of the mixture is gone.
Melt vanilla coating according to package directions then drizzle over prepared truffles. Let cool and serve.
