Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Pie

Recipe makes 12 Servings

1 package of chocolate chip cookie dough
1 1/2 cup(s) crunchy peanut butter
8 Oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar
1/2 Tsp kosher salt

Preheat oven to 375°F. Using a standard pie dish spread raw cookie dough evenly into dish to form crust. Poke holes at the bottom of the pie with a fork to prevent it from rising too much during baking.
Bake cookie dough in pie dish for 15 to 20 minutes or until it is cooked and set, remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
While cookie dough crust cools make filling by adding peanut butter, cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla, powdered sugar, and salt together in a stand mixer and cream together until fluffy and thick. (Start with mixer on low speed to keep ingredients in mixing bowl.)
With a spatula scoop out peanut butter filling and evenly spread on top of cookie dough. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours then cut and serve.
