1 non-stick cooking spray
1/2 cup(s) dry roasted peanuts, chopped
3 cup(s) sugar, divided
1 cup(s) canola oil
3 large eggs, beaten
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup(s) flour
2/3 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Baker's Scoop Cocoa
3 Tsp pure vanilla extract, divided
8 Oz cream cheese, softened
2 cup(s) crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients 2% Milk
1 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heavily spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Combine the peanuts, 2 cups sugar, oil, beaten eggs, baking powder, flour, cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1/4 cup water in a large mixing bowl.
Mix, then pour 1/2 of batter into prepared baking pan and set aside.
Place cream cheese in a food processor and process to a smooth texture.
Add peanut butter and process 30 seconds until blended then add milk, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla to peanut butter mixture. Process 30 seconds more.
Spoon peanut butter mixture over chocolate layer and spread evenly to the edges.
Carefully spoon remaining chocolate batter over peanut butter layer.
Bake on center oven rack 35 to 45 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and spread with peanut butter then sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips.
Let chocolate melt and spread evenly over the bars.
Cool completely before cutting into 48 bars.
