1 Fat Free Angel Food Cake, 10 in
8 cup(s) H-E-B Creamy Creations 1905 Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Pt strawberries, sliced
1 Pt blueberries
8 Oz Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping
4 Tbsp sprinkles

Instructions

Using a bread or serrated knife, slice angel food cake into 3 equal layers and set aside.

Place bottom cake layer back into cake pan. Evenly spread 1 1/2 cups ice cream over cake layer and gently press strawberries into the ice cream.

Place second layer of cake over ice cream layer and spread 1 1/2 cups ice cream over it. Gently press blueberries into the ice cream.

Top with the third layer of cake. Wrap cake with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour until firm and frozen.

Remove frozen cake from pan and place on a cake plate. Then using a spatula, spread whipped topping on top of cake.

Sprinkle cake with Sprinkles.

Return to freezer until ready to serve. For clean slices use a knife dipped in hot water between slices.
