Recipe makes 4 Servings

12 Oz H-E-B Rotini pasta, cooked to package instructions
2 Tbsp Rustico Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 1/2 Oz H-E-B Delicatessen Sliced Traditional Prosciutto, diced into 1/4 inch pieces
4 Oz yellow onion, 1/4 inch diced
3 Tbsp basil, roughly chop basil
2 Tbsp fresh garlic, diced
4 Oz asparagus, 1/4 inch diced with ends removed
1 Lb Campari tomatoes, 1/4 diced
1 cup(s) dry white wine
14 1/2 Oz can H-E-B Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic
2 Oz Parmesan cheese

Add oil to 12 Inch and sauté pan over medium high heat.
Once pan is hot add in prosciutto, onion, basil, garlic, asparagus, and Campari tomatoes, then stir occasionally for 7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add in white wine and can of roasted tomatoes and cook for another 7 minutes.
When finished pour over pasta, top with cheese. Serve and enjoy!!!
