3 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Medium Shell Macaroni, uncooked
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked, cubed
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Broccoli Florets
1 1/2 cup(s) cauliflower, chopped
3/4 cup(s) carrots, sliced
1/2 cup(s) green onions, sliced
1 cup(s) H-E-B Light Italian Dressing
2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced

Cook pasta according to package directions: drain, rinse well.
In large bowl, combine cooled pasta with chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and green onion; toss with 1/2 cup salad dressing.
Cover and chill. Just before serving, toss with remaining 1/2 cup salad dressing and mushrooms.
