1 Tsp dried thyme
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp black pepper
5 Oz plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
1 Lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine seasonings, yogurt and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
