Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tsp cumin, ground
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
4 tilapia fillets
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1/2 lime, juiced
5 Oz Power Greens
12 Oz H-E-B® Mango Pico de Gallo
1 medium Large Hass avocado, cubed

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowl, and set aside; lightly coat tilapia with avocado oil, then sprinkle both sides with seasoning mixture; place on a rimmed baking sheet, and squeeze fresh lime juice over each fillet; bake 10-13 minutes.
Divide greens between 4 plates, then place tilapia on top with mango pico de gallo and avocado.
