30 Oz Cental Market Organics Frozen Mixed Berry Blend
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice, (finely zest lime before juicing and reserve zest)
1/2 cup(s) organic coconut sugar
1/4 Tsp almond extract
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Organic Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp sea salt

Instructions

Heat a saucepan over medium. Add mixed berry blend and lemon juice to pan. Stir and crush gently with the back of a spoon until fruit begins to break down and become soft, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Add coconut sugar and almond extract. to pan. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes to dissolve coconut sugar. Remove from heat. Add chia seeds.

Allow to sit for chia seeds to bloom and thicken jam naturally.

Season gently with a pinch of salt and reserved lime zest. Stir well. Store in refrigerator.
