Recipe makes 3 Servings

2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Mi Tienda Orange Pepper Seasoning
1 H-E-B Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry Kit
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 orange, peeled and segmented

In a large non-stick pan heat 1 tablespoon oil until barely smoking.
Add chicken and sprinkle with half of seasoning. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until completely cooked through. Remove chicken from pan.
Add remaining oil and mixed vegetable packet from kit. Cook 3 to 4 minutes then add cabbage and soy sauce. Cook an additional minute then return chicken to pan.
Sprinkle with remaining seasoning and orange segments before serving.
