2 H-E-B BakeShop 100% Whole Wheat Round Top
2 Tbsp dried cranberries, chopped
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
8 Oz oven roasted deli turkey, sliced
1 granny smith apple, cored and sliced
4 Oz Swiss cheese, sliced

Instructions

Set oven to low broil and place a foil over a baking sheet. Spread out bread and place under broiler for a few minutes. Set aside.

Mix cranberries with mustard and mayo in a small bowl.

Spread a thin layer of cranberry mustard on toasted bake shop rounds.

Layer turkey, apples and cheese.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
