1/2 cup(s) Large Hass avocado, mashed
12 Oz cooked or canned salmon
1 tomato
1/2 red onions, thinly sliced
4 Tsp roasted pepitas
1 lemon, juiced

To build stackers, spread a thin layer of avocado over all the muffins.

Top with a layer of salmon, about 1.5 oz. per muffin.
