1 pkg Meal Simple Mac & Cheese
2 Tbsp Byers' Best Bread & Butter Pickles, juice only
1 pkg H-E-B Fully Cooked Natural Pulled Pork
1/3 cup(s) Taste Elevated Caramelized Onion Spread, plus more as needed
2 Scratch Made Ciabatta Rolls, cut in half
2 cup(s) H-E-B Artisan Cheddar Cheese, shredded, plus more as needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat, add mac and cheese and pickle juice. Stir with a spatula until just heated through and bubbly.

Meanwhile, heat pork according to package instructions.

Once mac and cheese is hot, turn off heat and allow to sit.

To build sandwiches, spread caramelized onions on cut sides of ciabatta rolls. Then add a generous spoonful of mac and cheese followed by pulled pork. Top with cheddar cheese.

Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese is just melted.

Garnish with your favorite pickles or condiments and serve.
