One Pan Spaghetti Florentine with Meatballs

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
8 Oz baby bella mushrooms, also called Crimini, sliced
1 Lb H-E-B Pork Meatballs, Italian style, spicy or regular
24 Oz Central Market Taste of Italy Marinara Pasta Sauce, or flavor of your choice
10 Oz Central Market Bucatini Pasta, shape of your choice, uncooked
2 Oz Central Market Organics Power Greens, about 2 cups, roughly chopped

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and mushrooms to pan. Sauté 4 to 5 minutes, to a light brown color.
Push mushrooms to the side and add meatballs. Brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Add sauce and bring to a simmer, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add pasta and stir to combine. Cover and simmer 14 to 17 minutes or until pasta is tender firm.
Stir greens through pasta, just to wilt. Serve immediately. Optional: Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Chef's Note: This recipe is great with H-E-B Fully Cooked Meatballs too!
