1/4 cup(s) fresh mint, finely chopped
2 Christopher Ranch California Heirloom Monviso Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 cup(s) Rustico di casa Asaro Castelvetrano Green Olives-Pitted, drained and rinsed
1 cup(s) Kalamata olives-pitted, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Rustico Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth, or leave chunky if preferred.
