Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 smoked sausage, link diced
1 Lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cup(s) H-E-B Super Sweet Corn
1 cup(s) H-E-B Cut Okra
1 Tbsp H-E-B Creole Seasoning
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper

Cook sausage in a large skillet until fried hard.
Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are done.
Add corn, okra and seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add entire can of tomatoes.
Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Serve over white rice and corn muffins.
