Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 large apples, diced
1 Tbsp molasses full flavor
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon, reserve 1/2 tsp. for apples
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup(s) steel cut oats
1 pkg. Central Market White and Red Quinoa, quick heat
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
24 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Fat Free Milk

Place apples in saucepan. Add molasses, maple syrup, spices and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat until apples are soft.
While apples are cooking, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine oats, quinoa, remaining cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and serve with apples.
