Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Lb ground beef
1 Tbsp H-E-B Texas Prime Coarse Seasoning
1 large egg
1/2 cup(s) crushed tortilla chips, (the crumbs at the bottom of the bag are perfect for this)
1/4 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) Robert's Reserve Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce, divided use

Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Mix ground beef with seasoning, egg, tortilla chip crumbs, onions and 1/4 cup of the pineapple habanero sauce.
Press gently into 4 mini loaf pans. Place on a baking sheet. Top it with the remaining sauce.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 160ºF.
Chef's note: This can also be done in a single loaf pan. Adjust baking time to 35 to 40 minutes.
