3 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 shallots, chopped
1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and diced
2 Tsp Central Market Curry Powder
2 Tbsp H-E-B Flour
1 cup(s) H-E-B Apple Juice
1 1/2 Tbsp H-E-B Fresh Dill
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1/2 Lb shrimp
1 Lb scallops
1 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Whipping Cream

Instructions

Melt butter in a sauce pan.

Cut and sauté shallots and apple until soft.

Add curry powder and cook for a minute longer.

Stir in flour and apple juice. Bring to boil while stirring constantly.

Add dill and salt, simmer for 5 minutes.

Add shrimp and scallops, cook until almost tender.

Add banana 5 minutes before end of cooking time. Stir in cream, heat through.
