Recipe makes 10 Servings

1 Tbsp oil
1 Lb beef caldillo (3/8 inch cubes)
1 white onion, chopped
28 Oz diced tomatoes
4 garlic, chopped
29 Oz beef broth
29 Oz chicken broth
2 carrots, diced
16 Oz Campbell Minestrone Soup
4 cup(s) green cabbage, thin sliced
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper

Heat oil in a 6-quart pot over medium-high heat.
Sautè beef, onion, tomato, and garlic 8-10 minutes, until beef is no longer pink.
Add broth and carrots, bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until carrots are tender.
Stir in soup, add cabbage and bring to a simmer.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes; add 1-2 cups water until soup is desired consistency, or until cabbage wilts; add salt and pepper.
