Mustard Marinated Grilled Lamb Chops

1 1/2 Lb natural lamb rib chops - bone-in Frenched
1/2 cup(s) Four J Grilled Scallion Mustard
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed

Instructions

In a plastic or glass bowl, add lamb chops and mustard, toss to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove lamb from marinade, and shake off excess mustard.

Season lamb liberally with salt and pepper and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Allow to rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
