Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 H-E-B Canola Oil Spray
8 Oz Hill Country Fare Canned Mushrooms - Stems and Pieces, drained
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B French Fried Onions
2 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, sliced
12 H-E-B Flour Tortillas
12 Muenster cheese, sliced
1 cup(s) H-E-B Specialty Roasted Taqueria Salsa

Instructions

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Line two baking sheets with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine mushrooms, onions and garlic in a small bowl; set mixture aside.

Place 3 tortillas on each prepared sheet pan.

Place one slice of H-E-B Classic Muenster Cheese on each tortilla (trim slice to fit tortilla).

Top each cheese slice with 1/3-cup mushroom mixture; spread evenly.

Top quesadillas with another slice of cheese and tortilla.

Spray the tortilla top with non-stick cooking spray and bake in oven for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven, turn quesadillas over and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.

Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes and place on cutting surface.

Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.
