Recipe makes 6 Servings

8 Oz 90/10 extra lean ground beef
1 Lb cremini mushrooms, minced
2 large egg, beaten
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp parsley, minced
6 Oz Swiss cheese
6 H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Thin Rounds
6 leaves of lettuce, washed and dried
1 large beef steak tomato, sliced thick

Combine beef, mushrooms, eggs, garlic powder, Worcestershire and parsley together in a bowl and mix well to combine.
Form the mixture into 6 even balls and then flatten into patties.
Lightly spray a large skillet with non-stick spray and place it over medium heat. Cook each patty for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until beef is cooked through, then top with cheese. Cover pan with a lid to help the cheese melt.
Serve on a toasted whole wheat thin rounds with lettuce and tomato.
