Mushroom and Truffle Pizza Bianco

13 4/5 Oz pizza dough, thawed
1 jar Le Conserve Della Nonna Mushroom & Truffle Sauce
1 cup(s) grana or Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
1 cup(s) mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup(s) fresh basil, torn

Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Roll out, stretch and shape dough into 10 - 12 inch circle. Place on sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Take sauce and spread it evenly over surface of pizza. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella evenly over sauce. Add basil and bake 15 - 20 minutes or until crust is nice and browned.
Remove from oven and allow pizza to cool slightly before cutting into 8 to 10 slices.
Garnish with your choice of toppings like sun dried tomato or basil.
