Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/4 cup(s) green olives, chopped
1/4 cup(s) Kalamata olives, chopped
1 Tbsp capers, chopped
1 Tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp basil, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 H-E-B Naturally Leavened Rosemary Sourdough Golden Grain, sliced lengthwise
1 Oz H-E-B Delicatessen Sliced Sopressata, sliced
1 Oz prosciutto, sliced
2 Oz mozzarella, sliced
1 Oz bib lettuce, sliced

In a large bowl, mix olives, capers, red onion, basil and olive oil.
Spread bottom half of each baguette with olive mixture.
Add sliced meat and cheese.
Toss greens in the bowl that held olive mixture then place on top of meat.
Place top half of baguette on greens and serve.
