24 Hill Country Fare Chicken Wings, remove excess fat
1 Tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Texas Charred Pepper with Mesquite Flavor
3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Canola Oil, for frying
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Specialty Series Barbeque, South Texas
1 cup(s) green onions, chopped

Instructions

Season wings with McCormick seasoning and set aside on sheet of foil.

Heat canola oil in heavy bottom frying skillet or electric fryer to 375°F. Fry 6 to 8 wings at a time until golden brown (about 10 minutes). Drain fried wings on paper towels.

Drain oil from skillet into heat proof bowl. Heat same skillet over high heat. Add barbecue sauce and chicken wings to hot skillet. Stir-fry the wings to coat well with the sauce. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Serve wings hot.

Optional Grilling Method: Grill chicken wings for 6 minutes on each side, dip wings in barbecue sauce and grill for additional 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear when pierced in the center.
