Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 egg
2 garlic, minced, divided
1/4 Tsp ground ginger
1/2 Tsp McCormick Cumin
3/4 Lb Extra Lean Ground Beef 96% Lean
1/4 Tsp parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 Tsp Ground Fennel Seed
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup(s) Greek yogurt plain
4 Pita bread

Combine egg, 1 clove of garlic, ginger, cumin, beef, parsley, tomato paste and ground fennel in a large bowl and mix just until combined.
Form into 4 equal patties.
Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium-high and coat with cooking spray.
Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Prepare sauce by whisking yogurt, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl.
Cut each pita in half, stuff with one patty and spoon in sauce.
