Ingredients

Recipe makes 12 Servings

6 Oz raspberries
6 Oz blackberries
6 Oz H-E-B Organics Blueberries
2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

Preheat oven to 170°F. Line a sheet pan with plastic wrap.

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and process 1 to 2 minutes or until completely blended.

Strain mixture (if desired) then evenly spread on prepared pan. Don't let plastic overlap fruit mixture because it will not dry properly.

Bake 8 hours or until completely dry to the touch.

Peel fruit leather from plastic wrap then place on parchment paper.

Using a pair of scissors or a very sharp knife, cut fruit leather with parchment into 1.5-inch strips then roll up.

Chef's Note: Great for back to school and works great with H-E-B Blendables and strawberries, mangoes and peaches.
