4 cup(s) farfalle pasta
4 cup(s) penne pasta
4 cup(s) medium shell macaroni pasta
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 cup(s) H-E-B Chopped 3-Color Peppers
1 cup(s) red onions, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Shiitake Mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Whole Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped
2 cup(s) pasta sauce, flavor of your choice
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper

Cook farfalle, penne and macaroni separately according to package directions, and drain; place each pasta in a separate bowl.
Heat a skillet on high 3 minutes, then add olive oil, peppers and onion to stir fry 3 minutes; add garlic, and stir fry 1 minute; add mushrooms and artichokes to stir fry 2 more minutes; add pasta sauce and 1 cup cooked pasta of your choice, and stir fry 3-4 minutes until fully heated; add salt and pepper.
