1/2 cup(s) Miso Master Organic Red Miso
1/2 cup(s) rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tsp red chili flakes
8 Chicken of the Sea Shrimp Skewers

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high flame.

To make glaze, combine miso paste, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a medium size saucepan, bring to a simmer and reduce by half.

Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray. Pour a small amount of glaze into a bowl and set aside for brushing shrimp.

Place shrimp on grill and brush generously with reserved glaze. Cook for 4 minutes then flip, brush with more glaze and cook an additional 4 minutes.

Remove from grill, discard small bowl of glaze and serve immediately with the remaining miso glaze.
